We have been buying coffee there since 2019, when we visited the farm and began collaborating with \u003cstrong\u003eAlexandre Silva\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003eRodrigo Silva Pimenta\u003c\/strong\u003e .\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e We aim to increase our purchases from their farms year after year, and we are committed to purchasing their high-value small-batch varieties every year. This commitment allows us to experiment and test our coffee processing, as the farmers know that we will buy coffee anyway.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003eFreshly harvested coffee is a very balanced and full-bodied coffee: a rich mouthfeel brings a pleasant experience to coffee drinking. The coffee batch is anaerobically fermented, meaning the coffee berries are immersed in a water tank and allowed to ferment in an oxygen-free environment.
