Shipping methods

Mainly, we deliver online store orders placed between 08:00am on Monday and 08:00am on Thursday by the end of the same week, but at the latest by the beginning of the following week. Orders placed after 08:00am on Thursday will be delivered by the beginning of the following week, but at the latest by the middle of the week.

We deliver coffee roasted up to three weeks prior to the order processing date, unless otherwise stated in the product information.

You can choose from the following Posti services for delivery:

DELIVERY METHODS TO FINLAND

Pickup from the Roastery/Café (Satamatie 6, Lappeenranta) between opening hours. FREE

• You can pick up your online store order from our roastery at the cafe cashier by providing your name once we have packed the order for pickup. Notification of the ready order will be sent to your email.

• When ordering coffee from the roastery at Satamatie 6 for pickup, you will receive two email messages. The first one is when the order is received, and the second email will notify you when your order is ready for pickup (if you do not see a delivery or pickup notification, please remember to check your spam folder).

• The storage period for a pickup online store order is 30 days from the date of the pickup confirmation. If you are unsure about the status of your order, please contact our customer service: hello@lehmusroastery.com

Pickup from Posti Parcel Locker or Posti Service Point 5.90 €

• Always provide your mobile phone number to receive the parcel locker code and arrival notification via text message.

• You will also receive a tracking code by email along with the delivery confirmation.

• Delivery time 1-2 business days from dispatch.

Home Delivery (Posti Kotipaketti) 10.90 €

• Posti Kotipaketti will contact you to arrange the delivery time. Agreed delivery times vary by region between 9:00-21:00.

• You will also receive a tracking code by email along with the delivery confirmation.

• Delivery time 1-2 business days from dispatch.

Delivery to Workplace (Posti Express) 10.90 €

• Delivered on weekdays by 14:00 on the delivery day.

• You will also receive a tracking code by email along with the delivery confirmation.

• Delivery time 1-2 business days from dispatch.
