Refund policy

The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. NOTE! An opened coffee package is not eligible for return.

Include the following information with the return:

  • Your customer number, name, address, and phone number
  • Your bank account number
  • A copy of Lehmus Roastery's order confirmation or order number

Please notify us of the return first by email at hello@lehmusroastery.com so that we can expect the return. Please note that failing to pick up a package does not constitute a return. For an unclaimed shipment, we may charge a 9.90 euro delivery and handling fee.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return is approved, the funds will be refunded directly to your account after receiving and processing the return.
