Generally, we deliver online store orders placed between Monday at 08:00am and Thursday at 08:00am by the end of the same week, but no later than the beginning of the following week. Orders placed after Thursday at 08:00am will be delivered at the beginning of the following week, but no later than the middle of the week. Pre-order items are an exception, and their delivery time is mentioned separately on the product page.

For the monthly subscription service, the first shipment of a recurring order will be dispatched during our next order collection. You can track the delivery and billing date for the next recurring order from your account.

Please notify us about this as soon as possible so that we can promptly resend the package. Please note that failure to pick up does not constitute a return. For the reshipment of an unclaimed shipment, we will charge a fee of 9.90 euros, which you can pay separately through the link we provide.

During the ordering process, enter your email address so that we can send order confirmations directly to you. The recipient will not receive information about the ordered products.

Enter the recipient's details, including their phone number, in the delivery address (this is important to be correct, as Posti delivers the arrival notice to this number!).

When choosing the payment method, you can enter your information in the billing field. Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation of the order to your email.

Absolutely! Tell us the message you want in the note field, and we will deliver the written message on a postcard to the recipient.

If the order has not yet been handed over to Posti, the content of the online store order can still be modified. Contact the online store's email at hello@lehmusroastery.com, and we will fix the issue!

Please contact us, and we will take the matter forward. We are well aware of the package's characteristics, so as the sender, it is good for us to be in touch with Posti regarding your order.

In our online store system, we categorize the available test roasts into balances for both whole beans and ground for filter (quantities are based on general test roast demand). However, if only whole beans are left, we can still grind them for you. Write to us about this in the note field during the checkout, and we'll send the coffee ground for you!

The monthly subscription service is an ongoing order that is automatically charged to your credit card upon renewal. So, there is no option for a fixed-term subscription. However, you can keep the subscription active for as long as you want and cancel it whenever you wish.

This can be done by ordering multiple subscriptions at once, increasing the quantity of the products at checkout. For example, if you order 2 subscriptions at once, we will deliver a double shipment, totaling 880g of coffee per month! If you order multiple monthly subscription services at once, they will be delivered to your nearest post office as a package. If you want multiple monthly subscription shipments delivered to your home each month, please make separate orders for each monthly subscription on our online store.

Cancellation can be done from your user account: Customer Account -> Manage Subscriptions -> Subscriptions -> (Select the active subscription) -> 'Cancel Subscription Here.' You can also contact the online store customer service at hello@lehmusroastery.com. The online store staff will respond as soon as possible!

You can reactivate a previously canceled subscription through your customer account: Subscriptions -> Inactive Subscriptions (select the subscription) -> Reactivate the subscription. In this case, we won't send the first-order-coffee package again, and you will directly join our delivery cycle once more! The payment will be charged on the next order processing day. Alternatively, you can make an entirely new order of the subscription, and we will deliver the first-order-coffees as usual.
