Cascara - Coffee cherry tea

Cascara is made from dried fruit pulp and peel of the coffee berry.
Its flavors are soft, plum-like, and sweet, with a aftertaste somewhat similar to rooibos tea drinks. Caffeine content in cascara is the same as in tea, about one-fourth of the caffeine content in coffee.
Ingredients: Dried fruit pulp and peel of Ethiopian washed-processed coffee berry, i.e., cascara.
Brewing: Steep in water at 100 degrees Celsius for about 5-8 minutes. Use 20-25 grams per liter or about 1-1.5 teaspoons per deciliter.
