Lehmus Roastery's newest high-quality Limited series coffee is Limited La Montana.
The coffee comes from Guatemala, from the farm of farmer Antonio Gonzales . The coffee has a soft, round mouthfeel and fresh acidity. The coffee's flavor has hints of apple and stone fruit.
The refined aromas come out best when the coffee is roasted to the optimal roast, which in this case is around 1.5–2 on a scale of 1-5.

The coffee is a Yellow Catuai Arabica variety, a cross between Mundo Novo and Caturra Arabica. It is typical of Central America. Coffee requires a lot of care and nutritious soil, but it produces a good harvest.
Coffee is grown at high altitudes, between 1550 and 1800 meters. After the ripe berries have been picked from the coffee bushes, the coffee is processed using honey processing, meaning the coffee berry is peeled but a thin layer is left on the surface of the coffee bean.
The coffee berries are processed at Gonzales' farm. They are dried on raised drying beds and are turned by hand five times a day for optimal drying. The coffees dry for 15-17 days in a shaded area.
In addition to coffee, La Nueva Montana also grows other plants, such as avocado, inga and gravilea. These plants protect the coffee plants from scorching and extreme weather.
Coffee berries picked when ripe produce uniform-sized raw beans, which also produce evenly roasted coffee with balanced flavors and no off-flavors.
